Planetary Gearboxes Process Technology

GX series gearbox adopts high strength ductile cast iron, inner gear ring directly as enclosure, with gas carburizing and quenching gears and shaft, and the fine grinding process, and the gear tooth profile modification and tooth helix modification. The main parts adopt 3 d design software, finite element analysis was carried on.
The complete machine is machined parts have been closely, and through carefully assembled. Compared with the domestic ordinary NGW planetary reducer with high loading capacity of per certain volume, low noise, long service life, etc.

GX series products are coaxial input, input bevel gear, helical gear, bevel gear, helical gear type; Output shaft form with lhe swelling plate hollow shaft, involute spline hollow shaft and CHINAMFG shaft with flat key, involute spline CHINAMFG shaft; Installations are installed horizontally, the vertical installation, torque arm.
